Terms of Use

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services. The Services are designed primarily for healthcare professionals and those who connect with or support them, including students and trainees, allied health and non-clinical roles, staffing agencies and recruiters, housing and event partners, and others in the healthcare ecosystem. We reserve the right to limit access to accounts used in ways inconsistent with the platform's purpose.

You may create an account to access certain features. You agree to:

• –Provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering and keep it updated
• –Maintain the confidentiality of your credentials and not share them with others
• –Notify us immediately at support@scrubsociety.com if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account
• –Not create multiple accounts or accounts on behalf of others without authorization
• –Use the Services only for lawful purposes consistent with these Terms

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs through your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that contain inaccurate information, are used in violation of these Terms, pose security risks, or are inactive for extended periods.

Scrub Society is a platform for healthcare professionals and related users. The Services may include:

• –Job browsing, job alerts, and opportunity matching
• –Career profiles, resume and credential uploads
• –Recruiter and agency connections
• –Community features, forums, and peer content
• –Event listings and registration tools
• –Housing and partner benefit resources
• –Messaging, notifications, and communication tools
• –AI-assisted features for search, matching, drafting, and workflow support

Job listings, compensation details, housing offers, event information, and third-party content may change at any time without notice and may be provided by third parties. Unless expressly stated in writing, Scrub Society is not your employer, staffing agency, recruiter of record, landlord, broker, financial adviser, legal adviser, or healthcare provider.

You may use the Services to search for opportunities, express interest, save listings, and submit information in connection with a position.

When you apply for a role, request contact, or otherwise signal interest in an opportunity, you authorize us to share the information reasonably necessary to process or support that request — including your profile, resume, credentials, contact information, and application data — with the relevant employer, staffing agency, recruiter, vendor, applicant tracking system, or platform partner. Please review our Privacy Policy for full details.

We do not guarantee that any employer or partner will review your information, contact you, schedule an interview, make an offer, or hire you. You are responsible for verifying job details, compensation, licensure requirements, worksite conditions, housing arrangements, and any other material terms directly with the applicable party.

We reserve the right to remove or restrict access to job listings at any time without notice.

You may upload or provide resumes, licenses, certifications, references, work history, education, profile details, preferences, and similar information.

By uploading or submitting any document or information, you represent and warrant that:

• –The information is accurate, current, and not misleading
• –You are lawfully authorized to provide it and it does not violate any third-party rights, contractual obligations, or applicable law
• –It does not contain confidential information of any third party without their consent
• –Healthcare credentials and licenses submitted are genuine and current

We do not verify the accuracy or authenticity of credentials, licenses, or professional information submitted by users. You acknowledge that employers and partners will independently verify such information.

You are responsible for ensuring that any licenses, certifications, or credentials you upload remain current and accurate. Expired or inaccurate credentials may affect your eligibility for opportunities, and you agree to update your profile promptly if your credentialing status changes.

By using the Services, you may receive service messages, account notices, job alerts, event notices, marketing messages, and other communications by email, SMS/text message, push notification, or in-app message, depending on your settings and applicable law.

The Services may include AI-assisted or automated features, such as chat support (via Erin, our AI assistant), search assistance, job recommendations, profile assistance, draft generation, matching, and workflow support.

AI-generated or automated outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unavailable, and should be reviewed carefully before you rely on them. You remain responsible for the information you submit, the decisions you make, and any communications or applications sent through your account. Scrub Society is not liable for any decisions made in reliance on AI-generated content.

If you post, upload, message, comment, review, or otherwise submit content through the Services ("User Content"), you retain ownership rights in that content, subject to the license below.

By submitting User Content, you grant Scrub Society a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable license to host, store, reproduce, modify, display, perform, distribute, and otherwise use your User Content as reasonably needed to operate, improve, promote, and provide the Services.

You represent and warrant that your User Content:

• –Is lawful, accurate, and non-defamatory
• –Does not infringe any intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights of any third party
• –Does not contain false professional credentials, impersonation, or misleading information
• –Does not constitute spam, harassment, hate speech, or discriminatory content
• –Does not include confidential information of any third party without consent

We may remove or restrict User Content at any time if we believe it violates these Terms, applicable law, or the safety or integrity of the Services, without notice or liability to you.

As a condition of using the Services, you agree not to:

• –Violate any applicable law, regulation, or professional licensing requirement
• –Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your identity, credentials, or affiliation
• –Submit false, misleading, or fabricated professional, licensure, or identity information
• –Scrape, harvest, crawl, spider, copy, or index the Services by automated means without our written permission
• –Interfere with, disrupt, or overburden the security or performance of the Services or its underlying infrastructure
• –Upload, transmit, or distribute malware, viruses, or harmful code
• –Use the Services to harass, defame, spam, stalk, or discriminate against any person
• –Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, data, systems, or networks
• –Use the Services to build or train a competing product, model, or dataset without our written consent
• –Circumvent any access controls, content restrictions, or security features
• –Engage in unauthorized commercial use of the Services, including reselling access

We may investigate suspected misuse, cooperate with law enforcement and regulators, and take appropriate action including account suspension or termination.

On the condition that you comply with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services for their intended purpose: finding and connecting with healthcare staffing opportunities, managing your professional profile, and using related platform features.

Except as expressly permitted in writing, you may not copy, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise exploit any part of the Services or their underlying technology.

The Services — including our software, designs, text, graphics, trademarks, logos, compilations, and other content — are owned by Scrub Society, TGN Holdings, LLC, or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. The "Scrub Society" name and logo are claimed marks of TGN Holdings, LLC. You may not use our marks or branding without our express written permission.

Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership rights in the Services or our intellectual property.

The Services may link to or integrate with third-party services, including employers, applicant tracking systems, housing providers, event platforms, payment tools, analytics services, social media platforms, and content partners.

We do not control and are not responsible for third-party services, content, privacy practices, products, or availability. Your use of third-party services is governed by those parties' terms and privacy policies, not these Terms. We encourage you to review them carefully.

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Scrub Society and TGN Holdings, LLC disclaim all warranties, express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, and availability.

We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, that any listing, recommendation, match, or third-party opportunity will be accurate or available, or that the Services will meet your requirements. We do not verify the identity, credentials, or qualifications of any user, employer, or recruiter.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Scrub Society and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, contractors, partners, licensors, and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, goodwill, data, opportunities, or business interruption, arising out of or related to the Services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total aggregate liability for all claims arising out of or relating to the Services or these Terms will not exceed the greater of: (a) one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100.00), or (b) the amount you paid us, if any, for the specific Services giving rise to the claim during the twelve months before the claim arose. This limitation is part of the essential basis of the bargain between the parties.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Scrub Society, TGN Holdings, LLC, and their respective affiliates, officers, directors, employees, contractors, partners, licensors, and service providers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your User Content; (b) your use or misuse of the Services; (c) your violation of these Terms; (d) your violation of any applicable law or third-party right; or (e) any misrepresentation in your professional credentials or identity.

We reserve the right to assume exclusive control of any matter subject to indemnification at our own cost, and you agree to cooperate with our defense of such claims.

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate all or part of the Services or your access to them at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including if we believe you have violated these Terms, if required for security or legal compliance, or for operational reasons.

You may stop using the Services or request account deletion at any time by contacting support@scrubsociety.com. Account closure does not relieve you of obligations accrued prior to termination. Sections 7–14 and 16–18 survive termination.

We may update these Terms at any time. We will post the updated Terms with a revised effective date. If changes are material, we may provide additional notice by email or prominent on-platform notification. Your continued use of the Services after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance. If you do not agree with updated Terms, you should stop using the Services.
